Founders’ Message
From the beginning, we built this Group on pragmatism and discipline. It has carried us through difficult times and positioned us to grow with confidence when conditions allowed. We have always believed that a business endures when it is run with rigour, and that clients stay when they can rely on you.
What began as a single business is now a diversified group serving clients across Africa and internationally. Our foundations were laid in Botswana, but our reach is now regional and global, with RACS supporting enterprises across the continent from offices in six countries. Wherever we operate, we hold ourselves to one standard.
Trust is not something we claim; it is something our clients, partners and investors give us, and excellence is how we keep it. Our growth has come from hard work and a refusal to take shortcuts. With a new generation of leaders ready to carry the Group forward, we are confident that our best work is still ahead.
